Was it all a dream?

The average human dream lasts 2-3 seconds.
Mine seemed like the whole night.
& that's if it even was a dream!
All I know is my heart was hurting.
A piercing pain every time I moved.
I've never had a heart burn or a heart attack but I would say it was
similar in a way.
I felt as if I was getting no sleep from this.
If it wasn't a dream, I feel fine now & wonder what was the cuase of it
all =)
If it was a dream, what does it mean??
